Juicing May Cleanse Your System, But It Damages Your Teeth
You think you're being "healthy" by doing a juice cleanse, but you are actually damaging your oral health. Juice is high in natural sugars, so you end up bathing your teeth in sugar with each sip. Juice tends to hang around along the gum line and between the teeth. If you must juice, be sure to rinse well with water immediately following your juice and brush your teeth about 45 minutes afterward.
